“This piece depicting a dolphin was constructed by riveting two pieces of nickel on either side of a piece of brass in five places. I sought to capture the fluid grace of this magnificent creature through metalwork. Dolphins are highly intelligent animals known for their playful nature, a reminder to approach life with joy and humor.”
