Join us for a focused Slow Art experience that connects close looking with restorative attention.

Together, we’ll spend time with a single artwork, exploring how sustained observation can support reflection, presence, and well-being. Led by Dr. Sam Woodworth, Hospitalist at Maine Medical Center.
