This is a drop-in session, open to all.

About the artist: Cat grew up surrounded by many rivers, agricultural fields, geese, maple trees, fireflies and a big French-Canadian family.

She has been a teaching artist since 2011 when she moved to Maine after completing her bachelor’s degree in Arts Education at UQTR. She has been involved with Oak Street Studios, Shoestring Theater and Side x Side, as well as many community projects and small businesses in the greater Portland area.

Cat enjoys adding beauty and wonder to the world through her art practice. She loves to create and offer opportunities for people to gather, to celebrate the wisdom of seasons, to play with the creative process and to share their gifts with one another. She believes creativity, community and spending time outdoors are crucial elements in finding joy and balance. Cat loves to learn. Her favorite teacher is Nature (and her two kids!).
