Life can be hectic, and it’s hard to find time for self-care and being mindful.
Join us in this writing workshop to reflect on the highs and lows of the past year, finding out what we’ve learned, setting forth goals to transform into intentions, and discovering what we’d like to manifest in the New Year.
Slowing down is almost impossible with our fast-paced world. Life can also be a constant ebb and flow of processing information and reacting to events happening around us, much of which is outside of our control. In response, we can set forth positive intentions that help us stay grounded and motivated to accomplish what we hope to do and pave the road to the life we hope to live.
Intentions help us practice mindfulness, navigate life and set forth goals of what we hope to achieve. Not to be confused with resolutions, intentions are purposely broader in scale.
