Announcement from the Director
Dear colleagues,
I’m pleased to announce that Maia Crandall has accepted the position of Human Resources Director. In collaboration with our leadership team, Maia will plan, direct, and organize human resources systems to inspire our staff members and leaders to maximize their potential while supporting the PMA’s goal to attract, train, nurture, and retain a diverse, engaged staff by fostering a workplace culture that is mission-focused and encourages open communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Maia is the former HR Manager for Kepware Technologies and has worked most recently with PTC since their 2016 acquisition of Kepware. While at PTC, Maia served as Human Resources Business Partner. Maia holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and a M.A. in Social-Organization Psychology from Columbia University.
Maia’s first day at the PMA will be Monday, March 2. Please welcome Maia when you have a chance!
