Waving Goodbye to #PMASightlines

January 6, 2022

Thank you to our partners at Evergreen Credit Union for supporting sustainability efforts at the PMA by donating $10 to our sustainability initiative for every post tagged with #PMASightlines while the exhibition Clifford Ross: Sightlines was on view.

Thoughtful stewardship of the Earth’s natural resources is at the core of the PMA’s mission, and ensuring sustainable practices are in place is the key to doing our part to help preserve this world for generations to come.

The PMA has taken several steps to promote sustainability on our campus, including implementing paperless processing procedures, starting a green membership option to reduce paper and plastic use, and creating the Tidal Shift Award to encourage the use of art to generate discussion around climate change. The PMA is striving to set a positive example and become a leader in sustainability in the art museum community. With your help and the help of partners like Evergreen Credit Union, we can take one step closer to encouraging sustainability through art.
