PMA Films presents “Sigur Rós: Inní” in Congress Square Park

May 1, 2021

Free, outdoor screening in Congress Square Park

UPDATED: Saturday, July 10 at 8 p.m.

75 min. Not Rated. Directed by Vincent Morisset.

Join us for a free outdoor screening presented by PMA Films in Congress Square Park (corner of High and Congress St). Due to weather, this film screening has been changed from Friday, July 9 to Saturday, July 10.

Inní is Icelandic post-rock band Sigur Rós’ second live film following 2007’s tour documentary Heima. Filmmaker Vincent Morisset re-filmed the original digital footage on 16mm, which was then re-filmed again, sometimes through prisms and other found objects with the help of godspeed you! black emperor visual collaborator Karl Lemieux, allowing Inní to look and feel like something recovered from the past.
