“I’ve loved flowers for as long as I can remember; at age 12 I began telling everyone that when I grew up, I’d own my own flower shop and name it The Robin’s Nest. After working in the Central Maine floral industry for nearly 30 years I decided it was time to bring my dream to life and opened The Robin’s Nest in a 360 square foot space in Waterville, ME. In 2022 The Nest moved to an 1878 square foot space in the heart of downtown Waterville, ME. Creativity and providing an excellent customer experience has allowed my business to grow and I am fortunate to be located in a city with a tremendous focus on the Arts, which has allowed many opportunities to design fun and creative floral pieces using local flowers when available and environmentally friendly materials. ”
