Midday Mindfulness, March 2021
March 29, 2021

Using artwork to ground our mindfulness practice cultivates skills such as close looking and empathy, while also helping us to be more self-aware. During this digital session from March, PMA staff led a guided meditation centered on artwork in the PMA’s collection.
