Halcyon Music

10/24/25Listen combines Halcyon’s live string quartet music with film, community voices, and stop-motion animation. Pairing excerpts from interviews with music and film, the performance reflects on the shared values of finding common ground as we collectively work to strengthen our communities and our relationships with each other and the natural world. Weaving together words from students, educators, artists, loggers, ecologists, and legislators, Listen inspires audiences to make a practice of listening, connecting, and working towards understanding as we move towards building a more just future.
