(Past Event) Curator tour of Winslow Homer: Painter, Etcher
Free for members; Non-members $26-$38

Join Ramey Mize, the curator of Winslow Homer: Painter, Etcher, for a special tour of the exhibition, where she will share insights into the artist’s breathtaking, lifelong printmaking practice and its intertwinement with some of his most iconic paintings. A rare look at the master painter's brief but brilliant turn to etching in the 1880s. Mize will guide through etchings displayed alongside related paintings, drawings, and proofs, revealing the intaglio process, theme and compositional choices behind these rarely exhibited works.
