Slow Art Day 2020
April 7, 2020
Narrated by Christian Adame, Peggy L. Osher Director of Learning and Interpretation
Slow Art is an international movement in museums and visual art spaces. The concept is simple: select three works of visual art, slow down the looking process by spending long amounts of time observing its elements, and discuss.
Through this beautiful video created by the PMA and our creative partner p3, we invite you to experience Slow Art Day from home. Relax, center yourself, and revel in the pleasure of art through close looking at works in the PMA exhibition Carrie Moyer and Sheila Pepe: Tabernacles for Trying Times.
