Meet the Illustrator: Drawing Tricks with Scott Nash

Join Scott Nash, the creative illustrator behind Flat Stanley, for a family-friendly and hands-on workshop to learn Scott's drawing tricks he uses to design new characters. With Scott's live drawing demonstrations, participants will have an opportunity to design a character alongside the artist!

Scott Nash is an illustrator, author, designer, and educator who has over 30 years of experience in children's media and illustration. Scott helped shape the creative brands of Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, and Cartoon Network and has illustrated over 50 children's books. Scott and his wife, Nancy Gibson-Nash, launched Illustration Institute to cultivate and steward Maine's thriving illustration community.
