Join Greener Postures Yoga for a gentle session designed for all levels\, blending mindful movement with the peaceful atmosphere of the museum’s galleries.  \nThis program is designed to be welcoming and accessible to participants of all ages and abilities. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is required. \nWater bottles are permitted in the Selma Black Great Hall. We encourage you to bring your own yoga mat\, wear comfortable clothing\, and silence your phone or devices to support a focused\, shared experience of mindfulness in the galleries.
