PMA Staff Favorite: Erin Damon, Assistant Registrar

In each issue of our quarterly members magazine, Inside the Circle, we ask a staff member to describe their favorite work of art in the PMA collection. Here's what Assistant Registrar Erin Damon had to say.

"One of the great joys of my job is to work with objects in the collection behind the scenes. We only have a small percentage of the more than 18,000 works in the collection on view and the remainder is housed in our art storage rooms. This collection of Egyptian artifacts, including ushabtis, scarabs, and faience jewelry, was donated to the museum in 1921."

Want to see more works of art not currently on view in the galleries?
