Staff Positions

Under the general supervision of the Visitor Experience and PMA Store Manager, responsible for providing exceptional visitor experience with a thorough understanding of Portland Museum of Art (PMA) information while selling admission, memberships, and PMA product; promoting programs and events; and providing information and customer service support. Supports PMA goals of building audiences, developing and strengthening constituent relationships, and maximizing revenue.

Under the general supervision of the Director of Communications and in collaboration with the External Affairs division staff, manages communication and design logistics using strong project management skills to ensure successful execution of all design projects and communications initiatives in support of the Portland Museum of Art’s (PMA’s) mission.
