The Museum Store ships via UPS Ground within the Continental U.S. only. We do not ship to Canada or overseas. We can only deliver to locations with street addresses (we are unable to deliver to rural routes or post office boxes).
Most orders will arrive within 14 business days. We will inform you by mail of any delay in shipping that exceeds 30 days. Your order may be shipped in separate parcels on separate days, but you will only be charged once for delivery of all shipments.

Merchandise will be accepted for exchange or refund if current and in saleable condition. If you receive merchandise that is damaged or defective, please call customer service at (207) 775-6148, ext. 3219. For gift returns, refunds will be applied to the purchaser's account and will be credited at the price paid by the purchaser provided the original order can be identified. Without a receipt, refunds will be issued at the current selling price. When exchanging merchandise, please include the appropriate shipping charge for your new order. Sales tax is required for purchases delivered within the state of Maine only. The state of Maine charges tax at the rate of 5%. Tax on merchandise will be computed before shipping and delivery charges.
To receive a discount of 10% when placing an order online, please enter your membership number or email address during Checkout. If you are not a Portland Museum of Art member, join today to receive all the benefits of membership. You will be immediately eligible for the discount on your current order. The discount does not apply to the purchase of memberships or Gift Cards.
