Beatles Deconstructed: Rubber Soul

Located right in between their moptop era and psychedelic era, the Beatles’ 1965 album Rubber Soul holds an unusual place in the band’s catalogue. What was the inspiration and creative process behind it? What makes it sound the way it does? Music producer and engineer Scott Freiman has traveled the world delivering his renowned “Deconstructing the Beatles” lectures. This film, the first in a series, takes viewers into the lecture hall for his Rubber Soul talk.
