All-levels Vinyasa Class with Bethany McCorkle

Bethany has been a student of yoga since 2004.  Her 200-hr teacher training was completed with Jacqui Bonwell in 2011, and in June 2015, she completed her 500-hr certification with Ame Wren and Kevin Courtney through Boston Yoga School. She studies yoga regularly with many gifted mentors including Kimberly Dahlmann, Jennifer Morrison and David Yearwood aiming to blend the best of the Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Ashtanga yoga systems into a flow practice.  Bethany works as a teacher to help students develop a sustainable practice that enables good posture, perspective, insight, and well-being.
