Visit Treasures of British Art 1400-2000: The Berger Collection and then make a gift that someone else will treasure!
Make your gift: Take a blank, nine-piece jigsaw puzzle into the galleries and look for inspiration in the art on display. Return to the art-making station in the Selma Wolf Black Great Hall and get to work making your own jigsaw puzzle. Use your idea from the galleries, draw from one of our suggested images from the PMA collection, or make up whatever you want—it’s your puzzle!
Wrap your gift: Use art supplies and stamps to design your own wrapping paper, and tie it tight with ribbons.
Tag your gift: Make your own tag, address it to the lucky recipient, then color it using a PMA admission sticker in creative ways.
The PMA will provide the blank puzzle, a spiffy plastic box with a clear top to contain the puzzle, the blank wrapping paper, the tag, and all art supplies. Just bring your imagination!Once a month, PMA Family Days shines a spotlight on all the ways the museum gets families engaged with art together. Take advantage of the PMA's family guides and stroller kits, enjoy a kid-friendly meal in the PMA Café, take a 1 p.m. Family Walk & Talk through the galleries, and investigate the PMA Family Space—all while letting your inspiration run wild with the Pop Up Studio, PMA Art Cart, and Family-Day-exclusive arts and craftsmaking activities. Come when you want, stay as long as you want, and bring the kids. Let’s have some fun.
