Travel and tourism was a relatively new concept during the nineteenth century. Ordinary people began to have free time and were beginning to think about how to use their leisure to enhance their physical well being and their spiritual health. Over the course of an hour, see how artists played a role in popularizing travel both in the United States and abroad.
