All-access tickets to the Nan Goldin opening are available now!

It's not every day that an artist as esteemed on the international stage as photographer Nan Goldin visits Portland, Maine—and makes herself accessible through public appearances. To commemorate the occasion, as well as the opening of the blockbuster exhibition Nan Goldin, the PMA has opened up to members a new way to experience both the exhibition opening — a day before anybody else — and the 2017 Photo Fund Lecture featuring Nan Goldin in conversation with collector and friend Michael Zilkha as well as PMA Deputy Director and Robert and Elizabeth Nanovic Chief Curator Jessica May. It's the PMA member all-access ticket, and it's available now.

For $250, you get an arts-based evening that you won't forget—one that includes both the lecture and the Director's Circle and Contemporaries Council Evening Preview and Opening Reception. You'll hear from Nan Goldin at 6 p.m. at the Ballroom at the Westin Portland Harborview Hotel, and then cross the street to the PMA and witness the breadth of her talent and her life experiences in the exhibition. Furthermore, the reception also features exquisite hors d'oeuvres and an open bar.

Even better, the $250 goes directly to the Photo Fund at the PMA, $220 of which is completely tax deductible. This contribution not only grants you an incredible arts experience, but it helps the museum bring Portland more of these experiences in the future. Please join us for this special opportunity to help us take a stand for the arts, and to support the ever-widening array of perspectives at your museum.

Do you have any questions about this opportunity? Don't hesitate to ask!
