Staff Positions

Under the direction of the Director, leads the continuing transformation of fundraising efforts at the Portland Museum of Art (PMA). Serves as a key cultivator and solicitor of donors, inspires constituents to higher levels of giving, and works collaboratively with museum staff and volunteers to ensure success in building strong constituent relationships and supporting the PMA’s strategic goal to build financial strength and sustainability.

Under the direction of the Deputy Director for Finance and Operations, plans, directs, and organizes human resources systems to inspire staff members and leaders to fulfill and maximize their potential. Supports the Portland Museum of Art’s (PMA’s) goal to attract, train, nurture, and retain a diverse, engaged staff by fostering a workplace culture that is mission-focused and encourages open communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
