Staff Positions

Under the direction of the Director of Audience Engagement and Communications and in partnership with the Visitor Experience Manager, the PMA Store Manager is responsible for leading the PMA Store operations to broaden the Portland Museum of Art’s (PMA’s) audience, strengthen the PMA brand, develop and strengthen constituent relationships, and maximize revenue. The manager will oversee store performance to ensure the store is a profitable earned revenue center for the museum, while also ensuring the store is integrated into the overall visitor experience.
